Terms & Conditions
Last updated: May 31, 2026
These terms cover your use of Marble (the “app”) and trymarble.app. By using Marble, you agree to them. We’ve kept them short.
Using Marble
Marble is a tool that helps you write and edit using AI. You may use it for lawful purposes only.
Your content and what you send
You are solely responsible for the content you select, capture, send, or generate with Marble, including anything processed by our AI provider, OpenAI, and for making sure you have the right to share it. Please don’t send confidential, sensitive, or personal information that you aren’t authorized to share. We aren’t responsible or liable for the data you choose to send through Marble.
AI-generated content
Marble uses AI to produce text. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected, so review it before relying on it. You keep the rights to your own inputs and outputs, and we don’t claim ownership of them.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Marble to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt, overload, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service. We may rate-limit or block usage that threatens the service.
Privacy
Your use of Marble is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.
Third-party services
Marble relies on third-party providers (see our Subprocessors list). Their availability and terms are outside our control.
No warranty
Marble is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Marble and its operators aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app, its AI output, or any content you choose to send through it.
Changes
We may update Marble and these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms, and we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
